🎨 Art Prints & Merchandise (Direct Orders)
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days.
- Delivery Time:
- Standard locations: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: 10–12 business days.
- Order Processing: All domestic orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only for damaged items during transit.

- Order number
- Name and address
- Description + photo of the issue
- Approved replacements will be processed within 7 business days.
- If replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued.
❌ Non-returnable Items
- All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for damage/defect.
💳 Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds for cancelled/approved returns are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- A ₹50 cancellation fee applies to undispatched orders.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
