1. Where do your products ship from?

- 🎨 Art Prints & Merchandise → Shipped directly from Studio Srnga.
2. How long will delivery take?
- Art Prints & Merchandise: 2–4 days for processing, 7–10 business days for delivery (10–12 for remote areas).
- Books/Journals: Amazon timelines vary by region, but tracking is always provided.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Books/Journals are available worldwide via Amazon. Art Prints & Merchandise are shipped internationally from Studio Srnga.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
- We accept exchanges only for items damaged in transit.
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the damage.
5. Are your products original?
Yes! All designs and artwork are original creations by Studio Srnga. Copying or reproducing them without permission is not allowed.
6. How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. A ₹50 cancellation fee applies. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
7. How do refunds work?
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 working days.
